I never know what to write about myself. What sort of things do people want to know?
Let’s see. I’m 51 years old, and have two grown children. I got married in December of 2010, and I live with my husband Ron at his home in the country. My husband is retired and currently disabled with a broken neck.
I work full/part time as an electronics assembler and I like the work, even if it is sometimes tedious. Mostly these days I run a machine at work, and that has been a big learning curve. I can get frazzled with problems with the machine, but mostly I like it. Being on my feet most of the time isn’t very fun, however.
In my spare time (which there isn’t all that much of) I read, sew, knit, stamp, and sometimes carve stamps. I also dye fabric and clothing items, but mostly only do the dye work in warm weather. Warm weather also means gardening and yard work, we do a small amount of vegetable gardening and then I have to have flowers where I can.
We are parents to numerous cats that live outside, and beagle kids who used to have their own blog. My little Rat Terrier Rita has come to live with us here. She’s a house dog, the beagle kids spend most of their time outside.
I spend far too much time on the computer and not very much time cleaning. In my opinion a clean house is NOT a hobby worth doing. :) I like to cook, hate doing dishes, and thank goodness for dishwashers.
Anyhow, that’s about all I can think of to write about myself at this point in time. :) Maybe I should do a Q&A session. LOL!
