Made some cards!

I promised some photos of cards, and some actually have stamping on them!

No idea who makes the daffodil image… I believe that someone on the big list loaned me a bunch of daffodil stamps a few years ago… so I stamped pages and pages of the images to use later. (btw, if that was you, let me know if I ever sent you a thank you card, I hope I did!)

First, die cuts and embossing folder, and punched corners with computer printed greeting. This card is really pretty, I love how the copper looks so nice with the bright blue.

Joanna is the daughter of a really, really old friend that I haven’t seen in a super long time. I’ve literally known her mother since she was born, though. So, when we were chatting on FB and she said her daughter has an April birthday, I knew I had to make her a card.

Next up, the first 3 cards today. I expect to make a lot more as the day goes on, but I won’t be showing them all here… might ruin some surprises. :)

So, one die cut and border punch card, and two with actual stamping on them. I’ll use die cuts inside, probably. Maybe. We’ll see. :)

Lastly, because I know everyone seems to work like this… except for a few who are super neat and organized… a photo of my table with work in progress, lol! Sometimes the space in the middle is bigger… but right now it’s not. Sometimes there IS no space in the middle, because I’ve piled stuff in the only clear area. Blame it all on my lack of storage space… having to work out of boxes is not a nice way to go.

That’s it for now… for those of you helping me in my email update experiment, please email me your snail address, I promised something for helpers. Thanks!

hugs,
Vyx

as always! love it! thanks for sharing!

  • I bought one of the embossing template for my sizzix last summer, still haven’t used it. I may have to now, seeing how beautiful your card is.

I love the embossing folders a LOT more than I like the whole die cut thing. I have a little pile of coupons for HL that I’m gonna use this week… one at a time on my way home from work. Since HL doesn’t carry Sizzix stuff, I will buy either Cuttlebug folders or Spellbinders. I gotta try the Spellbinders… they cut AND emboss stuff. Too cool.

Looks like a normal working table to me Vyx!
Great work, as usual- love seeing it all.

    Nice work!
